As a mission-driven professional, I am dedicated to building practical, scalable systems that enhance organizational impact and community service. I have experience in leading cross-functional projects, leveraging data for equitable program delivery, and fostering collaboration among staff, volunteers, and community partners.
As a Knowledge Engineer, I am responsible for architecting and implementing a unified knowledge management system. My mission is to centralize program information, facilitate access, and enhance reporting for leadership. I am developing and integrating a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) framework to track project performance, measure social impact, and ensure our initiatives are data-driven and responsive to community needs.
ES.Maroc is a Moroccan association that acts as an incubator and accelerator for social enterprises. Its mission is to support the economic integration of youth, including Moroccans and Sub-Saharan migrants, by helping them create innovative startups or find employment. The association provides comprehensive support, including mentorship, training, and access to funding, to turn entrepreneurial ambitions into high-impact social ventures.
In this position, I led the Wikimedia Morocco Technical Project. I introduced streamlined coordination practices and tracking tools that significantly improved project efficiency and on-time delivery. A key achievement was spearheading a community-focused technical hackathon, which successfully bridged the gap between developers and program teams to co-create solutions aligned with the organization's mission. I also implemented a documentation system that became the standard for future projects.
The Wikimedia Morocco User Group is the Moroccan chapter of the Wikimedia Foundation, which operates projects like Wikipedia. The organization focuses on developing local content, particularly in the Darija and Amazigh languages.
As a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, I developed and managed the association's MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) system to ensure the effective tracking of project outcomes and community impact. I collected and analyzed data from field activities, supported program teams in designing performance indicators, and produced evidence-based reports to guide strategic decisions. My work strengthened accountability, improved planning, and ensured that interventions for children and youth were measurable and results-driven.
The Association for the Support of Child and Youth Protection is a Moroccan non-profit founded in 2009. It focuses on safeguarding children’s rights, supporting youth resilience, and promoting community inclusion through protection programs, psychosocial support, and educational initiatives.
As a Knowledge Management Assistant, I architected and maintained the foundation's knowledge base to empower our facilitators with rapid access to reliable and up-to-date resources. I led the standardization of key documents and operational procedures, which enhanced project handoffs, elevated service quality, and fortified our institutional memory. My work was pivotal in creating a dynamic learning environment where insights were systematically captured and leveraged to inform future programming and strategy.
The Tamkeen Community Foundation for Human Development is a Moroccan NGO based in Tangier, co-founded in 2009. It is distinguished by a unique approach to societal and human development that is not based on deficits but on a belief in human potential (Imkan). Tamkeen facilitates co-creation processes with its partners, which include neighborhood communities, schools, universities, and the education system, to build relationships and foster ecosystems of learning and social harmony.
I founded a new non-profit organization aimed at promoting the use of technology within civil society institutions and among youth. The goal is to create a platform for exchange and collaboration, both online and offline, to strengthen the bridges between associations and young people.
As an ambassador, my role is to actively promote the European Union's Erasmus+ program. I conduct outreach in universities, schools, and youth centers to inform young people about opportunities for mobility, training, and volunteering, and to encourage their participation.
I contributed to the response efforts following the Al Haouz earthquake. My role as an online volunteer involved collecting technical data and compiling a report on donations (both material and financial) and the actions of associations on the ground, thereby participating in the national solidarity movement.
I was part of the organizing team for this high-level programming competition, which brings together students from Morocco's top schools and universities to solve complex algorithmic problems under pressure.
The Career Center is a partnership between USAID and the Moroccan government to facilitate the transition of young people from training to employment. As an ambassador, I helped promote the center's services, which include career guidance, soft skills workshops, and connecting students with employers for internships.
The DigiGirlz program, launched by the Anoual Association and the U.S. Mission to Morocco, aims to encourage high school girls (ages 15-18) to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). As a supermentor, I guided a team of girls for six months in developing a social-impact technology project, and my team won first place.
I mentored teams during a hackathon organized by AIESEC Morocco, focusing on financial technology (FinTech) innovations.
As General Coordinator, led the planning of a school-based Model United Nations conference at Lycée Allal El Fassi in Tangier, aligning agenda design, logistics, and volunteer operations with established MUN organizing practices.
